CB Richard Ellis is acquitted of any liability in the assumption that it has adopted all reasonable security measures in accordance to the nature of the Personal Data collected and the risks to which they are exposed.      

6. The User is informed that the answers to Personal Data questions are in some cases mandatory for the rendering of the services offered in the website. In case the User does not respond to these questions CB Richard Ellis reserves the right to render the requested service .
