The client was looking for a relocation to a new site, with high levels of security, access, and an AAA class building, preferably within an industrial park, and, as close as possible to its current location in Naucalpan, in order to retain the qualified labor and administration personnel.

Analyzing the complete set of available options, CBRE was able to find the best location, according to its client’s demands, and including the AAA characteristics it was looking for. We defined a Built-To-Suit project that met all technical and operational characteristics of the warehouse and office space, keeping the cost within the desired level and CPA delivery dates approved by the Japan Head Office.
