The Challenge 

AFIRME Inmobiliario required the services of CBRE in Project Management in Monterrey to manage the adaptation and remodeling of multiple branches of Banco AFIRME, in its different business models.

The Solution

The scope of the projects across the multiple branches covered the phases of preconstruction, coordination of supplies, purchases and construction coordination, managing more than 15 suppliers per branch. Currently, the CBRE Multisite team has implemented a project management and administration process that has established the optimal duration of the projects and reduced the total duration by 20% in order to meet the goals of the client's business plan.
