The Challenge 

IAC was looking for a new manufacturing plant to supply a US automaker. Due to the size of the project and the intensive use of energy, only one BTS was possible.

The Solution

One of the key factors for IAC was the availability of labor and the location of the Santa Catarina submarket was preferred over the location of Ciénega de Flores, although the latter option was cheaper. CBRE's experience in similar projects was essential because we had to guide the client to the most experienced developer who would take care of a 15-year lease term with a total transaction value of more than $40 million dollars.
