-During the first quarter of 2023, more than 2.2 million Sq. ft. of new space was recorded and because of this class A stock saw an annual increase of 9.3%, reaching 46.7 million Sq. ft. 

-The asking lease price continues to experience variations upward due to the vacancy rate in 2022 (0.2%) and due to above-average prices of the new supply, going from US$5.64 in Q1 2022 to US$6.55 per Sq. ft. per year in Q1 2023.

-With more than 827,751 Sq. ft. of vacant space, the vacancy rate in Q1 2023 (1.8%) is below the vacancy rate in Q1 2022 (2.1%). 40% of the vacant space corresponds to the new supply in the quarter.
