  • The new constructions starts were monitored at 3.5 million Sq. ft. across the city. Build-to-suit properties account for 42% of this space.
  • The vacancy rate hit a new lowest figure, at 1.0%. There are only 1.3 million Sq. ft. vacant in being monitored the city, where four out of the nine submarkets concentrate all the vacancy.
