- Due to the new supply delivered, the construction activity decreased at the end of Q4 2022, showing an annual variation of 3.9% down. It should be mentioned that all the currently space under construction is already pre-leased.
- There are more than 3.7 million Sq. ft. in the planning stages being monitored and expected to start construction in the next few months. Build-to-suit projects account for 88%.
- With more than 3.5 million Sq. ft. in new transactions, Gross Absorption once again breaks its quarterly record. From the total activity, 79% is located in the Ramos Arizpe submarket.
