Kasia Kolpa-Zarowska is a Director in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice, based in San Francisco. With over a decade in workplace and portfolio strategy, she leads engagements end to end, serving as an advisor to senior clients through times of real estate transition.
She began her career as an architect, designing and delivering award-winning workplaces for some of the fastest-growing technology companies in Silicon Valley and Europe. That work, at the intersection of the built environment and business strategy, drew her to Columbia Business School, where she earned her MBA. An internship on the office development side, rounded out her perspective, giving her command of the real estate process from the design, ownership, and tenant points of view.
Since joining CBRE in 2022, Kasia has advised Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions, global law firms, and public-sector organizations, as well as real estate investors. Across large, cross-disciplinary programs, she oversees everything from portfolio master planning and occupancy modeling to site selection, lease negotiation, and post-occupancy performance, building strategy that sharpens portfolio efficiency, lowers cost, and improves how people experience the workplace.
A recognized subject-matter expert on the future of work, Kasia co-authors CBRE’s annual Global Law Firm Benchmarking Report and writes regularly on the forces reshaping corporate real estate.
