The Challenge 

Epson was going through a restructuring process at the Mexico City Headquarters office: the current lease agreement deadline was approaching and the CEO retired during this process. The corporate office project was in charge of the CFO who became the head of the project. At the same time, guidelines from Epson Americas and Japan needed to be complied with, and other internal adjustments were happening; the objective to align all the local Directors and Managers towards the same goal was challenging. 

The Solution

The key was being able to demonstrate that the team was up to the task. The CFO required us to become his right hand on this matter, taking responsibilities off his desk so he was able to perform and fulfill other priorities. We implemented a “Stay vs Go” analysis, where their current office situation became the baseline scenario in a competitive process against other suitable alternatives available in the market.
