Mr. Mullady is a member of the CBRE Special Properties Group and the Global Supply Chain Group specializing in industrial advisory services worldwide. With the firm since 1998, Michael’s primary responsibilities include the acquisition and disposition of major industrial facilities, contributing tenant advisory expertise and his proven real estate process.
The Mullady Team tailors a client-specific plan to guide the real estate process from initial site selection, to contract execution and space delivery. To provide consistent excellent results, Michael’s team utilizes CBRE’s robust platform of services, ensuring every client’s course of action is analyzed from all angles. In his 24-year career with CBRE, Michael has negotiated over 70 million square feet – over $1 billion – in sale and lease transactions assisting clients in relocation and expansion projects throughout North America.
Over his career, Mr. Mullady was accredited as a 2010-2020 CBRE Top 10% National Producer, 2019 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame Inductee, 2010 CBRE #1 US Industrial Producer & CBRE Top 3% National Producer, and 2006-2019 CBRE #1 Columbus Top Producer.
Giving back to the community is very important to Mr. Mullady. He is involved with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Easterseals, Specials Olympics Ohio, Ducks Unlimited (a nonprofit dedicated to preserving wetlands), and is an active Board Member of the Toussaint River Watershed Conservancy.
