Shelby Harvey joined the CBRE Nashville office in 2021 working alongside Steve Preston, Jack Armstrong, and Will Goodman in the Industrial Services platform as the team’s Transaction Manager.

Shelby provides elevated support services for the team by assisting in the implementation of business strategies, overseeing the team’s transaction and deal flow, and ensuring efficiency and success at every step

Prior to joining CBRE, Shelby served as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Business development at Simon Property Group in Nashville, TN. She oversaw financial reporting and budgeting for the department, planning and implementation of on-site events, the generation of prospective clients in local markets and social media campaign creation and implementation.
