With a career spanning 28 years, Michael has established himself as an expert in industrial real estate in the Kansas City metro area, providing exceptional service to clients.
Over the years, Michael has successfully executed a wide range of transactions including sales, leases, portfolio sales, land acquisition, development, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suit transactions, and consulting.
Throughout his career, Michael has focused his expertise on leasing, selling, and developing industrial real estate. He has earned both CCIM and SIOR designations and served on the boards of both organizations. Recently, Michael has served as the local chapter SIOR President, further showcasing his commitment to the industry and his clients.
